We are completing the integration of our operations into Integritas Solutions Inc. Hornford Associates has transformed into Integritas' Architecture Practice. Our Operations and Project Management capabilities have been integrated into Integritas' IT Service Management and Project Management capabilities.
Hornford Associates provides professional consulting services to enterprises seeking to align information technology with business goals.
Our approach recognizes the complex relationship between business requirements, technical environment, project management and a viable sustainable solution.
Business uses complex information systems. Too often these complex systems are not well aligned with business goals and operations. When systems are out of alignment senior management is compelled to deflect their focus and time from core business to address issues and shortfalls in their information capability. Well crafted architecture aligns technology with business goals; ensuring that structural rigidity within IT does not limit business value. All technology is an investment that needs an acceptable return to demonstrate value.
From our base in Calgary we provide services world-wide.

What is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory. Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terrors, victory, however long and hard the road may be. For without victory, there is no survival
-- Winston Churchill
At the 21st Enterprise Architecture Practitioners Conference the Open Group released the latest revision of TOGAF. TOGAF 9 introduces significant enhancements to the previous version of the premiere Enterprise Architecture framework
While TOGAF 9 is a significant step forward it shares some of the organizational and usability difficulties that TOGAF 8 had. Hornford Associates had been working to prepare for this release and has a customized release of TOGAF 9 available for use by our Enterprise Architecture clients through Integritas Solutions Inc.
Red projects happen. We offer a project salvage service. First determine whether the project can be, or is worth salvaging. Second develop a recovery plan. Then the hard part - executing the recovery plan.
